The wish was a nougat ice cream with lots of pistachio and marzipan. Hold a Mozart ice cream, but without Mozart balls. Thanks to Andreas Thomäs support, it was a success.
The base made of nougat and marzipan, only with milk, is already very tasty and not too sweet, since a good nougat and marzipan can do without any additional sugar.
The matching pistachios Variegato is actually with normal oil, but I used pumpkin seed oil, which is the pistachioVariegato really nutty. A recommendation that I can only pass on.
