The preparation remains largely the same: you prepare the mixture as indicated, let it mature, and then freeze it in the freezer for about 24 hours instead of putting it straight into the machine.
To make the frozen ice cream creamy, we recommend using the gelato function first and then re-spinning. The result is reminiscent of soft ice cream in its consistency. You should then freeze the mixture again to achieve the desired consistency and still benefit from the good portionability of our Perfectoproducts. There is no need to whip it again - after refreezing you can enjoy the ice cream straight away.
