Thank you for the great recipe. Cooked it and preserved it. Tastes great. Personally, I also think that the brown sugar makes the difference. I used whole cane sugar. The caramel-like sweetness gave it that extra kick. Thank you for that! I've saved the recipe and will definitely use it often.
