Baked apple-Variegato

Ingredients

550 g yogurt 3,5%
100 g condensed milk 10%
(As an alternative to condensed milk, 50% milk / 50% cream | The ice cream becomes creamier with condensed milk!)
75 g cream 30%
25g lemon juice
145 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g binderPerfecto
90 g sugar
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Add the condensed milk, yogurt, lemon juice and dry ingredients together
Mix at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 6:
