Ingredients

300 g whole milk 3,5%
290 g banana (fully ripe)
200 g cream 30%
20 g lemon juice
100 g Eis-Perfecto
45 g Perfecto-More
15 g binderPerfecto
30 g sugar
pinch of salt
Optional 6g Perfecto-Cremosa paste
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
200 g - 250 g chocolate sauce or crema cioccolato Variegato
Variant with ice cream paste
120 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g binderPerfecto
65 g sugar
570 g milk 3,5%
170 g cream 30%
60g bananas EISPASTE-Movito or 100 g bananas "Old recipe" ICE CREAM PASTE-Movito
pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, bananas, lemon juice and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 5:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 6:
Now fill the finished ice cream in a white layer into a container and distribute it between each layer of chocolate sauce and if you like, carefully mix everything with a spoon at the end.
