Here I have made a basic ice cream recipe with Monin syrups for you. In this variant we make the ice cream made with whipped cream. You can easily transform the ice cream recipe into all kinds of ice cream creations by adding the Monin syrups. Also with caramelized nuts, Chocolate chips Variegatos etc. you can create great types of ice cream.
Note on the Monin syrups:
The recipe works with all Monin syrups that have over 70g sugar content per 100g. Please check this in the sewing value table.

First try with Monin Macadamia and caramelized macadamias was a dream. Doesn't taste like typical nut ice cream, but has its own taste explosion of pleasure?
