Today we're going to recreate a Kinder chocolate ice cream! A delicious Kinder chocolate ice cream is always a hit – and we've already featured it in various recipes on our ice cream blog. I always keep my eyes and ears open for new ice cream recipe ideas. Recently, I was talking with a friend, and he was raving about a Kinder chocolate ice cream he had at his favorite ice cream parlor. Naturally, I immediately asked a few questions about how the ice cream was made.

He told me that it's a white ice cream base marbled with chocolate cream and white cream. The ice cream is then garnished with another white cream and a chocolate cream – sounds like a real temptation! And that's exactly what I wanted for the Make ice yourself implement.

How do we approach the ice cream recipe?

It quickly became clear to me that I had to try to imitate the children's chocolate ice cream. But the question was how do we get it implemented authentically. First of all, we need to get some flavor into the white ice base. This is supposed to represent the light filling of children's chocolate. I decided to add some white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and ours vanilla essence to use. This is how we get a nice milk cream flavor into the ice cream base.

With our chocolate Variegatos will be the children's chocolate Eis Perfecto

So, the base is already there. Now we still need the delicious chocolaty touch so that our children's chocolate ice cream really tastes good Perfecto will. For this we use our white chocolate Variegato and our Cream milk chocolate Variegato. The two Variegatos are then filled in layers in the ice. Always alternating left and right, so that with each ball something of the two Variegatos is included.

I just say delicious taste!

So we simply recreated the children's chocolate ice cream and it turned out super delicious. The combination of the creamy ice base and the Variegatot is simply a sensation. Just the difference in texture and the pleasant bite of the soft chocolate pieces passing through Variegatos are created, makes the ice cream an absolute delight. You should definitely try this.

Ingredients

60 g Eis-Perfecto
20 g Perfecto-More
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
574 g milk 3,5%
160 g sweetened condensed milk
90 g cream 30%
80g white chocolate
1 tsp vanilla essence
alternatively 10 g vanilla paste
pinch of salt
Optional 5g Perfecto-Cremosa
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
150 g crema milk chocolate or chocolateVariegato Basic recipe as whole milk variant
150g white chocolate Variegato

Preparation

Step 1:
Melt the white chocolate together with part of the milk (approx. 200g) in a saucepan.
Step 2:

Mix all dry ingredients
Step 3:

Blend the remaining milk, white chocolate milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla essence and dry ingredients together on high for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 5:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 6:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 7:

The finished ice cream is now filled into a container in layers, with the Variegatos to be distributed. Both come into every shift Variegatos: First the white chocolate-Variegato and then I pour the chocolateVariegato about it. The two should Variegatos no longer be mixed with a spoon to prevent them from mixing.
