Creamy chocolate ice cream without sugar.

Our whole family loves chocolate ice cream.
My wife and my middle daughter in particular are crazy about chocolate ice cream.

That's why, of course, I've uploaded our favorite ice cream for you, also as a sugar-free version. The ice cream tastes really delicious. As always, it's quick and easy to do.

Ingredients

630 g whole milk 3,5%
120 g cream 30%
120 g Perfecto-X
15 g Perfecto-Bindemittel-X
80 g xylitol
35 g cocoa powder
a pinch of salt
Optional some vanilla paste

Preparation

Step 1:
Bring the cocoa to the boil with the milk and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Step 2:
Mix the remaining dry ingredients.
Step 3:
Mix the cocoa milk and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Now add the cream and mix in briefly.
Step 5:
Let the ice cream mix in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 6:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
