Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the elderflower syrup with the lemon juice and water.
Add the dry ingredients and mix everything at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
