Creamy hazelnut ice cream with maple syrup. Hazelnut ice cream is definitely one of my favorite types of nut ice cream. In this recipe I used a high proportion of maple syrup to underline the taste of the nut a little differently.

Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the milk, maple syrup, hazelnut paste and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
After ripening, mix again briefly.
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
