I love them and that's how the idea for the Lemon Curd Cheesecake IceCream came about.
This ice cream is creamy, melt-in-the-mouth and the combination of lemon curd with cream cheese goes perfectly, for me personally.

Ingredients

90g Eis Perfecto
40g Perfecto more
15g Perfecto binder
220g cream cheese (I used Philadelphia)
250g lemon curd (I made it myself with Amalfi lemons)
382g whole milk 3,5%
3g vanilla paste (I used the premium vanilla paste from the Movito Shop)
In addition, about 150-200g lemon curd to layer

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix the dry ingredients together well
Step 2:
Heat dry ingredients with the milk and mix briefly, then allow to cool
Step 3:
Add the lemon curd, cream cheese and vanilla paste and mix everything together for two minutes on the highest level
Step 4:
Let the finished ice base mature in the refrigerator for at least an hour
Step 5:
Freeze with the ice cream maker or the hand method
Step 6:
Fill the finished ice cream in layers with the lemon curd into a suitable freezer container
Step 7:
Let the ice freeze in the freezer at -24 degrees for 18 hours
Step 8:
