A sweet and sour Variegato .. Perfect for a lemon sorbet or buttermilk yogurt ice cream, Fior di Latte or depending on your taste

Step 1:
Wash and squeeze organic lemons and rub off the peel
Step 2:
the juice, zest and sugar (depending on your taste) and that Perfecto Variegato Mix the powder in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes
Step 3:
After simmering, remove from the stove and add the limoncello, stir and let cool
Step 4:
Layer into any ice cream or pour over the ice cream ball as a “sauce”
