Core and quarter the plums
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix all ingredients except the plums in a saucepan and bring to the boil for 2-3 minutes
Add the plums and cook for another 8-10 minutes and allow to cool
The plumVariegato must be completely cooled in the refrigerator before it can be used in the ice
