Ingredients

275 g cream 30%
200 g Philadelphia Classic or cream cheese 26%
120 g of water
100 g condensed milk 10%

90 g lemon juice
20 g ORGANIC lemon zest
90 g Perfecto-More
50 g Eis-Perfecto
50 g sugar
15 g vanilla sugar
10 g binderPerfecto
a pinch of salt

50g - 80g shortbread pieces

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the water, condensed milk, lemon zest, Philadelphia, lemon and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Freeze the ice cream with an ice cream maker or the hand method and shortly before the end add the shortbread pieces and mix in with them.
