Ingredients

250 g cream 30%
180 g Philadelphia Classic or cream cheese 26%
150 g raspberries fresh or frozen
100 g condensed milk 10%
(As an alternative to condensed milk, 50% milk / 50% cream | The ice cream becomes creamier with condensed milk!)
85 g of water
30 g lemon juice
80 g Perfecto-More
50 g Eis-Perfecto
50 g sugar
15 g vanilla sugar
10 g binderPerfecto
a pinch of salt
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
50g - 80g shortbread pieces

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the water, condensed milk, raspberries, Philadelphia, lemon and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Freeze the ice cream with an ice cream maker or the hand method and shortly before the end add the shortbread pieces and mix in with them.
