After eight ice cream

Mix the dry ingredients.

Melt the after eight in the milk in a small saucepan.

Put the chocolate milk with the dry ingredients in the Thermomix or similar, heat to 65 degrees and hold the temperature for about 15 minutes, stirring on a low level.

Then mix on the highest level for 2 minutes.

Add the cream and mix for 30 seconds on a low speed.

Let the mixture cool and let it mature in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours.

Then freeze with the ice cream maker or the hand method.
