Everyone knows the classic after eight papers. Now there is also After Eight Orange & Mint Flavor.

Since I still had a pack at home, I used the normal After Eight here in the portal and did that with the orange variant.

The fruity mint note comes across surprisingly well even when frozen.

Ingredients

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix the dry ingredients.
Step 2:

Add the milk and mix at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 3:

Heat the mix to about 75C for about 10 minutes and then add a pack of After Eight Orange and let it melt. Then mix again vigorously. I use the heating time to get the papers out of the little paper bags.
Step 4:

Add the cream and mix on a low level for 20-30 seconds.
Step 5:
Let the mixture cool and let it mature in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours. I even had it in the fridge for 2 days.
Step 6:
Then put in the ice cream maker, stir to about -8C and freeze.
Step 7:

If you like, you can add chocolate flakes to the layer.
