A very almond-like ice cream with an amaretto note
Mix dry ingredients
Put the milk, condensed milk, almond paste, rice syrup and amaretto in the mixing bowl
Add dry ingredients
Mix for 2 minutes at the highest level
then leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
freeze with the ice cream maker
Put the finished ice in the freezer and let it rest for 24 hours.
