Very creamy almond ice cream. If you eat the ice cream with the Almond paste prepared from our shop, the ice cream has a great nutty almond note.

Ingredients

90 g Eis-Perfecto
40 g Perfecto-More
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
85 g sugar
690 g whole milk 3,5%
80 g almond paste
pinch of salt
Optional 8g Perfecto-Cremosa
Variant without sugar
120 g Perfecto-X
15g XBindemittel-Perfecto
90 g xylitol
695 g whole milk 3,5%
80 g almond paste
pinch of salt
Optional 8g Perfecto-Cremosa

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:
Mix the milk, almond paste and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes
Step 3:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes
Step 4:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
