A creamy ice cream that will delight marzipan lovers.
This includes the liqueur amaretto, marzipan, almond paste and an almond Variegato
This makes it very full-bodied and substantial. Personally, I didn't put the amarettini breadcrumbs in the ice cream mass, as we usually do, but sprinkled them over the balls when serving. So you have a nice fresh and crunchy crunch again. Of course, you can add this just before the ice cream is removed from the machine.
