I've already tried the Aperol Orange Sorbet and found it very good. The sorbet is perfect, especially on hot summer days or at barbecues. Now I wanted to try Aperol as a cream/milk ice cream. John Patrick McAllistair had already shared the recipe a while ago and had made it a few times, but it was never posted on the website.
Now it is time. I tested his recipe and found it to be very good. Very creamy, with a good melt and a good Aperol taste. Small negative point for me personally ...... I miss the orange note. 🙂 I just think the combination Aperol Orange is much better. The recipe itself is still very good and belongs in the portal.

Try it today. Tastes super creamy. Next time I'll try to add orange zest for the missing orange note. There were no oranges at home today.
