I have already tested the Aperol orange sorbet and found it to be very good. The sorbet is perfect, especially on hot summer days or at a barbecue evening. Now I wanted to test Aperol as a cream / milk ice cream. John Patrick McAllistair had already balanced the recipe a long time ago and has also been made a few times but never posted on the portal.

Now it is time. I tested his recipe and found it to be very good. Very creamy, with a good melt and a good Aperol taste. Small negative point for me personally ...... I miss the orange note. 🙂 I just think the combination Aperol Orange is much better. The recipe itself is still very good and belongs in the portal.
