Aperol - Orange - Sorbet

A nice refreshment for adults in summer.

Ingredients

150g Perfecto Minus
20g Perfecto Bindemittel
50g sugar
590 g of orange juice
140 g of Aperol
50 g of water

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients together well.
Step 2:
Mix all ingredients at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Let the sorbet mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 4:
Stir the sorbet mix again with the whisk and place in the ice cream maker.
