I've created a delicately melting avocado ice cream. The avocado's natural fat makes it very creamy. The coconut milk and pineapple juice make this ice cream a taste experience. A Muxx for those who like variety.

Ingredients

40 g Eis-Perfecto
30 g Eis-Perfecto-X
15 g Perfecto-Bindemittel
1 g salt
20 g raw cane sugar
30 g xylitol
200 g avocado meat
30 g lemon juice
180 g pineapple juice
50 g cream
100 g coconut milk
80 g Kondensmilch

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients and mix briefly
Step 2:

Puree the avocado pulp with the juices
Step 3:

Now mix the dry mix of ingredients and the coconut and condensed milk and cream into the puree
Step 4:

Mix everything together for a good two minutes on the highest setting
Step 5:

Let the ice cream rest in the refrigerator for at least three hours
Step 6:

Then freeze the ice mix with the ice cream machine or the manual method, freeze in the freezer for at least eight hours
