and paired with delicious Nutella a pleasure

I've been making this ice cream in my Musso for a long time, but always without bilazing. Now after the 2nd test it is as it should be. It will not become as firm as another ice cream, so it should really be removed as late as possible.

Delicious - creamy - Perfecto

Anyone with a sweet tooth who likes creamy ice cream will not be disappointed. The ice cream is very creamy and full-bodied and a pleasure thanks to the addition of Nutella. For an even creamier texture, I used our Cremosa in this Bailey's ice cream. However, this is only optional and not absolutely necessary. But it provides a little extra creaminess in the ice cream.

Tip: tastes very good with peanut caramel Variegato

Ingredients

Ingredients ice cream
8 beaten egg yolk
200g Nutella
350g cream
260g whole milk 3,5%
40 g Bailey's liqueur
70 g Eis Perfecto
75 g sugar

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar over a water bath, heat to 70 degrees. Anyone who has a cooking machine can do it in it.
Step 3:

Mix the Nutella separately with 100g of cream (from the 350g) so that it is more liquid. Add Bailey's and stir it into the cooled egg yolk mixture
Step 4:

Now mix the dry sausages with the milk and the egg mixture as well as the cremosa in the mixer.
Step 5:

Chill for 1 hour. Then whip the rest of the cream until it is semi-stiff. it should be more liquid than solid. and stir into the other mixture. do not mix any more
Step 6:

Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
