Ingredients

10g sugar
15g Bindemittel Perfecto
70g Perfecto More
pinch of salt
205g Bambina chocolate
580g milk
50g whipped cream
70g condensed milk

Preparation

Step 1:
1. Mix dry ingredients
Step 2:

Warm up milk and crushed Bambina chocolate on 50 Crad for approx. 5 minutes

Step 3:

Allow to cool slightly

Step 4:

add dry ingredients

Step 5:

Mix for 2 minutes at the highest level

Step 6:

Add the cream and mix briefly for about 10 seconds

Step 7:

then off we go into the machine

Step 8:

enjoy 🙂
