Ingredients

575 g whole milk 3,5%
100 g condensed milk 10%
(As an alternative to condensed milk, 50% milk / 50% cream | The ice cream becomes creamier with condensed milk!)
90 g cream 30%
145 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
80 g sugar
30-60 drops of Elli's food flavoring (amount depending on taste)
who likes about 1-3 g food coloring from Movito
a pinch of salt

Tip:
For fruity varieties, 15-20g lemon juice should be added.

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:
Mix the milk, condensed milk, aroma and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.

Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
