Here's a crazy beer ice cream recipe. Beer and ice cream! Is that possible? Of course. I wish you a lot of fun copying.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the milk, cream, egg yolk and the dry ingredients briefly and heat everything together while stirring continuously (ideally 85 ° C) and let it steep for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Be careful not to burn it!
Cool down the ice cream mix in the cold water bath.
Add the beer and mix briefly.
Let the ice cream mix in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

It tastes delicious, very creamy, slightly bitter like dark chocolate, a touch of fruity like berries, malty and it smells like yeast. I think this experiment was a success! Will definitely do it again in the summer.
