With this basic berry yoghurt ice cream recipe, you can turn any berry into a great berry yoghurt ice cream.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the yoghurt (not required for the version with the ice cream paste), milk, berries and the dry ingredients together at the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

Tried with a red berry mix. It was very tasty, but also a bit firmer.

Hello Christine, thank you for your feedback. Yoghurt ice cream is always a bit firmer. I have tweaked the recipe with a little extra. Greetings Andrew
