Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the yoghurt (not required for the version with the ice cream paste), milk, berries and the dry ingredients together at the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

Tried with a red berry mix. It was very tasty, but also a bit firmer.

Hello Christine, thank you for your feedback. Yoghurt ice cream is always a bit firmer. I have tweaked the recipe with a little extra. Greetings Andrew

First of all – I’m not a fan of fruit ice cream.
But since I really like yogurt ice cream and all other fruit ice creams, I just gave it a try.
What an ice cream! So incredibly creamy, full-flavored, and delicious in portions.
Me and “fruit” – fits!
Oh yeah, frozen strawberries were used.
Mango is coming soon…
Thanks for the great recipe!
Greetings Schnuffel
