A colour and flavour highlight in our Birthday Cake ice cream is the beautiful red strawberryVariegato, which is either freshly prepared according to our Variegato basic recipe from the ice cream blog or conveniently as a ready-made Strawberry Variegato can be purchased from our shop. Ingredients

120 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
90 g sugar
3 g premium vanilla paste Movito or others
472 g whole milk 3,5%
250 g cream 30%
50 g condensed milk 10%
a pinch of salt
Optional 5g Perfecto-Cremosa paste
Ingredients that go into the ice cream later
200 g strawberries Variegato
50g - 70g Madeleines or muffins
40 g colorful sugar sprinkles
Version without sugar
120 g Perfecto-X
15g XBindemittel-Perfecto
90 g xylitol
3 g premium vanilla paste Movito or others
472 g whole milk 3,5%
250 g cream 30%
50 g condensed milk 10%
pinch of salt
Optional 5g Perfecto-Cremosa paste

Preparation

Step 1:
The day before, cut the madeleines or muffins into cubes and set aside.
Step 2:

Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 3:
Mix the milk, condensed milk, vanilla paste and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 5:

Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 6:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 7:

Just before the ice cream is ready, add the madeleine/muffin cubes to the ice cream and mix in.
Step 8:
Now fill the finished ice cream in layers into a container and place strawberryVariegato distribute and mix well.
Step 9:

Finally, sprinkle colorful sugar sprinkles over the ice cream.
