Ingredients

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, kirsch and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 5:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 6:
Just before the ice cream is ready, add the chopped dark chocolate and the frozen chocolate cake pieces and stir in.
Step 7:
Now fill the finished ice cream in a white layer into a container and distribute it between each layer of cherry varigato and if you like, carefully mix / swirl everything with a spoon at the end.
