As an alternative to cherryVariegato you can also our Amarena cherry Variegato use
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the milk, kirsch and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Just before the ice cream is ready, add the chopped dark chocolate and the frozen chocolate cake pieces and stir in.
Now fill the finished ice cream in a white layer into a container and distribute it between each layer of cherry varigato and if you like, carefully mix / swirl everything with a spoon at the end.

Anyone who likes ice cream with alcohol or Black Forest cake will love this ice cream. The pieces of cake are awesome.
