Ingredients

485 g whole milk 3,5%
150 g cream 30%
150 g condensed milk 10%
(As an alternative to condensed milk, 50% milk / 50% cream | The ice cream becomes creamier with condensed milk!)
80 g Perfecto-More
19 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g binderPerfecto
80 g sugar
15 g homemade vanilla paste
6 g activated charcoal powder
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, condensed milk, vanilla paste and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

A few years ago we found an ice cream parlor in Eldena that sells Boddenmodder ice cream. This ice cream is my child's favorite ice cream, which is only available on vacation. Now, with this recipe, we have the opportunity to make him his favorite ice cream at home. Thanks for that.
The ice cream is wonderfully creamy, not too sweet and is not too firm even after a few days in the freezer. Although it hasn't lasted longer than 2 days so far 😉
