Mix dry ingredients.
Mix with milk at the highest level, heat to 85 °, cool a little.
Add the blackberries and lemon juice, mix on the highest level.
Then stir in the cream, mix briefly.
Let ripen in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours.
Mix, freeze.
With Variegato layers. (even more intense, fruity taste)
Mix all dry ingredients and bring to the boil together with the pureed fruits and lemon juice for approx. 1-2 minutes.
Fill into a sterilized glass while it is still hot.
Close immediately. (I always put a few drops of rum on the twist-off lid.
The Variegato must already be cold when layering in the ice.
