Ingredients

230 g pureed blackberries
35 g of water
15 g lemon juice
120g XVariegato-Perfecto
100 g xylitol

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the pureed blackberries, lemon juice and the dry ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil for 1-2 minutes and then simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3:
Let cool down.
Step 4:
The Variegato should then pull for 24 hours.
