Mix all dry ingredients.
Puree the blueberries
Mix the lemon juice and the dry ingredients well in a saucepan and bring to the boil for 2 minutes
Add the blueberries and simmer gently on a low heat for 6-8 minutes. Stir occasionally
The blueberries -Variegato must steep in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, better overnight.
