Very creamy, fruity blueberry ice cream with yogurt and whipped cream.

Tastes as good with fresh fruits as with frozen ones. However, if you use them, let them thaw gently beforehand.

As always with my recipes, this one is Ice cream without sugar less sweet 😉

Ingredients

110g Perfecto X
10g X Perfecto Bindemittel
80g xylitol
300g blueberries
20g lemon juice
200g yogurt 3,5%
280g cream 30%

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:

Mix the berries, lemon juice, yoghurt and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:

Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:

Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:

Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
