Brownie fudge ice cream

Cut the brownies into large pieces, soak them briefly in sugar syrup and freeze for a few hours.
Because boil cocoa together with the milk.

Mix the remaining dry ingredients.

Mix the warm cocoa milk, couverture, condensed milk and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.

Let the ice cream mix in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.

Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

Just before the ice cream is ready, add the frozen brownies to the ice cream and mix in.

Feel the finished ice cream in layers in a container and distribute it between each layer of chocolate sauce
