Shortly before Easter I keep seeing pictures of the "bunny breakfast" or also called bunny jam somewhere and I thought, we need another bunny - dessert!
So based on the jam I tried to make an ice cream...
Here in a very creamy version! I squeezed the juices fresh.
When you buy the juice, you may want to reduce the sugar depending on how much is in there.
Also, I wouldn't recommend the Hobla cream here, because the apple and orange make the ice cream very sweet.
