This ice cream isn't just for children's dreams. Just like our cookie ice cream, our butter cookie ice cream is one of the most popular flavors in every ice cream parlor. The delicate melt and the subtle butter cookie flavor are a sweet temptation worth every sin. Thanks to our Perfecto Ice cream ingredients this ice cream will be particularly creamy and delicious as always. I recommend making it with our cremosa paste. So you get an extra plus in creaminess.

Ingredients

130 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
80 g sugar
560 g milk 3,5%
180 g cream 30%
35 g butter biscuit ICE PASTE Movito
pinch of salt
Optional 5g Perfecto-Cremosa paste
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
approx. 200 g butter biscuitsVariegato
sugar-free
125 g Perfecto-X
15g XBindemittel-Perfecto
70 g xylitol
565g milk 3,5%
190 g cream 30%
35 g butter biscuit ICE PASTE Movito
pinch of salt
Optional 5g Perfecto-Cremosa paste

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, ice cream and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method
Step 6:

Now fill the finished ice cream in layers into a container and between each layer that Variegato distribute and swirl around.
