So what if I have a loooong lot of buttermilk to process... besides our delicious buttermilk lemon ice cream?

Yes of course...buttermilk raspberry milkshake ice cream with the raspberry milkshake ice cream paste from the Movito Shop.

The buttermilk raspberry milkshake ice cream is super delicious, creamy and with the layered raspberry Variegato very intense raspberry.

Step 1:
Mix the dry ingredients together well
Step 2:

Mix the dry ingredients, buttermilk and raspberry milkshake ice cream paste on the highest setting for two minutes
Step 3:

Add the cream and mix again on a low speed for 30 seconds
Step 4:

Leave the ice base to mature in the fridge for an hour (longer/overnight is of course also possible)
Step 5:

Now freeze the ice base with the ice machine or the hand method
Step 6:

Transfer the finished ice cream into a suitable freezer container and let it freeze for 24 hours in the freezer at -18 degrees
Step 7:

If you like, you can also add a raspberry Variegato layer in the ice (highly recommended)
Step 8:

Enjoy
