Summery caipirinha sorbet
Mix the brown sugar with the oil. This way the sugar stays crunchy longer in the ice cream
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the dry ingredients, lime juice, cachaça and water on the highest setting for 1 minute.
Let the ice cream mix in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Just before the ice cream is ready, add the brown sugar-oil mix and stir briefly into the ice cream.
