A deliciously fruity one Variegato after the classic cocktail Caipirinha
Put the water in a saucepan and heat it up
add the cachaça
add the sugar and stir a little until it has dissolved
add the freshly squeezed lime juice
the Variegato Stir in powder and bring to the boil while stirring
add the zest and simmer while stirring until it thickens
Fill hot and close. Let cool down and continue processing.
