Campari - oranges - sorbet

A nice refreshment for adults in summer.

Ingredients

50g sugar
110g Perfecto Minus
20g Perfecto Bindemittel
680g orange juice
140g Campari

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix the dry ingredients together well.
Step 2:

Mix all ingredients at the highest level.
Step 3:

Let the sorbet mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 4:

Briefly stir the sorbet mix again with the whisk and then pour it into the ice cream maker.
