Mix the dry ingredients together well
Heat the cashew puree with the milk and the dry ingredients (85 degrees) and hold the temperature for 10 minutes, stirring constantly ... be careful not to burn it
Let the ice base cool down
Let the ice base mature in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours or overnight
Freeze the ice base in the ice cream maker or hand method
Transfer the finished ice cream into a suitable freezer container and let it freeze for 24 hours in the freezer at -18 degrees
If you like, you can fold in caramelized cashew nuts or add them shortly before the end of the freezing process (highly recommended)

Cashew is great as a nut ice cream. Did I make the paste myself?
