Cassata ice cream
Mix all dry ingredients
Add the remaining ingredients except the fruits and the liqueur and heat for 2 minutes at 85 degrees
Now add the fruits
Let cool and put the base in the fridge overnight
Stir well
Strain the fruits
Add the liqueur and stir well
Put the base in the ice cream maker or freeze by hand
Just before the ice cream is ready, add the fruits
Pour into a charlotte dish or freezer bowl and place in the freezer for at least 24 hours
If it comes in a Charlotte shape, please cover with cling film after freezing, turn over and carefully peel off cling film
You can also cut the ice cream scoops into slices like in the ice cream parlors.

A very tasty ice cream, despite the "fruit". I don't really like it, especially in stollen and the like, but I can have it here. A colleague of mine said the same thing today. I bought a round of ice cream today 😉.
I made it with orange liqueur and distributed it as a ball.
