I love these champagne truffle pralines so I really want ice cream with them?
Thanks to the immediate accounting by our ice cream man Andreas Thomä, this sensational ice cream was created.
It's the creamiest ice cream I've made myself and I was totally blown away by the taste ?
1. Heat the whole milk and melt the pralines in it
2. Mix all dry ingredients together well
3. Add the dry ingredients to the champagne milk and mix everything for 2 minutes on the highest level
4. Now add the cream and mix everything again on a low level for 10-15 seconds
5. Let the cooled ice base mature in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours
6. Freeze with the ice cream maker
7. The finished ice cream can now be frozen in the freezer for another 24 hours
8. Enjoy?

Just bad delicious? something creamy and tastes better as ice cream than the pure pralines .. ????
