Chewing gum ice cream recipe that kids love. Children are really into ice cream flavors such as blue angel, unicorn ice cream, etc. If your children want such an ice cream, the recipe is just right. It tastes like chewing gum. Therefore, your children will have a lot of fun with this ice cream. I use a natural food coloring and chewing gum flavor. This gives the ice cream the taste that children love.

You will need the following special ingredients for the ice cream.
Movito natural food coloring
Elli's chewing gum food flavor

Ingredients

575 g whole milk 3,5%
100 g condensed milk 10%
(As an alternative to condensed milk, 50% milk / 50% cream | The ice cream becomes creamier with condensed milk!)
90 g cream 30%
145 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
80 g sugar
approx. 1,5-2 g food coloring from Movito (shade as you like)
50-60 drops of Elli's chewing gum Food flavor
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:
Mix the milk, condensed milk, aroma and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
