Delicious chocolate-banana sorbet. Ripe bananas are a must! Then the chocolate-banana sorbet is perfect. Only then does the taste really come into its own. A great ice cream recipe. It tastes like chocolate covered bananas.

Ingredients

460 g banana (fully ripe)
280 g of water
100 g Sorbet-Perfecto
10 g binderPerfecto
130 g sugar
20 g lemon juice
pinch of salt
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
250-300 g chocolate sauce

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the bananas with the lemon juice and water.
Step 3:
Add the dry ingredients and mix everything at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 6:
Now fill the finished ice cream in layers into a container and distribute it between each chocolate sauce and then carefully mix / swirl everything with a spoon.
