Delicious chocolate banana ice cream! What belongs together comes together here. I think there are just some food combinations that are made for each other. It is the same with chocolate and bananas. Two who are made for each other.

60 g Perfecto-More
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
40 g sugar
20 g of cocoa
30 g whole milk couverture

290 g banana (fully ripe)
120 g cream 30%
365 g whole milk 3,5%

Preparation

Step 1:
Because boil cocoa together with the milk.
Step 2:
Mix the remaining dry ingredients.
Step 3:
Mix the warm cocoa milk, couverture, bananas and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Now add the cream and mix in briefly.
Step 5:
Let the ice cream mix in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 6:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
