Delicious chocolate cake ice cream

I'm totally blown away by ours at the moment Cookie ice cream. This allows you to make great combinations that would be unthinkable without it. Thanks to the cake/biscuit-like taste of the cookie paste, I was able to conjure up a chocolate cake ice cream from a chocolate ice cream. The ice cream is wonderfully creamy and has a nice chocolate cake note. To make the whole thing a little more authentic, I have another one Brownie Variegato swirled in. The chocolate cake ice cream is a must for every chocolate fan.

50 g Eis-Perfecto
40 g Perfecto-More

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix milk, cookie ice cream paste, chocolate ice cream paste (depending on the version) and the dry ingredients and mix everything together at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
If you make the variant with cocoa, you must now boil the ice cream mix briefly to 85°C while stirring constantly and then cool it down in a water bath. This step is not necessary when using the chocolate ice cream paste!
Step 5:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 6:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 7:

Now fill the finished ice cream in layers into a container and between each layer that Variegato to distribute.

Super fantastic 👌🏻
i have the version Made with cocoa and instead of the brownie pieces, I already have frozen chocolate cake pieces from the Black Forest cherry ice cream Variegato like.
Conclusion: A dream in dark brown 👍🏻🤩 with top marks
