Preheat the oven to 50 ° C.
Chop the chocolate (I do this with my food processor) and spread it roughly on a baking sheet.
Then heat the chocolate/couverture in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
Then place a second sheet of baking paper on top and smooth everything out with your hand so that the chocolate/couverture is evenly distributed everywhere.
Now roll up the baking paper and let it cool down.
When it is rolled up, the chocolate / couverture then breaks into large pieces.
Chop the chocolate/couverture and melt it together with the coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat and then let it cool slightly.
Place on a sheet of baking paper and place a second sheet of baking paper on top and smooth everything out with your hand so that the chocolate/couverture is evenly distributed everywhere. (Be careful not to spread it too thinly)
Now roll up the parchment paper and leave to cool in the fridge.
When rolling up, the chocolate breaks into large pieces. Use quickly or place back in the fridge as the chips melt quickly.

Dark chocolate… Whole milk has a rather slack taste.

I mixed dark chocolate with some coconut oil according to your suggestion and also added a little peppermint oil - Perfecto – for the peppermint ice cream à la “Aftereight”. Very tasty with a delicate melt.
